The Commit2fit Employee Wellness Committee challenges you during the month of June to get creative and incorporate Nutrition and Exercise in your daily lifestyle.

Please submit a photo of your family interacting together, while promoting Nutrition and Exercise.  Show us how you are living healthier at home by submitting one photo (or photo collage) to [email protected]

RULES OF THE CHALLENGE:

• Limit ONE photo per person
• Contest runs June 1st – 30th
• All entries must be turned in by 12:00pm, on June 30th
• Winner will be chosen by the Wellness Committee and will receive a $150 gift card to Walmart
• MUST be a Functional Pathways employee to participate
