On July 11th we held a Summer Family Picnic to benefit the Cookie Jar Fund. This was our 2nd annual event where we invite FP family and friends out to enjoy food, drinks, fun and to benefit this incredible fund. The event was a huge success and we couldn’t be more thankful to those who made it possible. We would like to start by thanking our sponsors and those who donated time, auction items, party supplies and money. Our official sponsors consisted of the following: Functional Pathways, TIS, Graphic Creations, All Occasion Party Rentals, Universal Group, Dead End BBQ and Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC. A special shout out to all of our corporate employees and all of those on the employee recognition committee for their help and donations. All proceeds went directly to the Cookie Jar Fund and the end total of proceeds amounted to…wait for it… $5,370.00! Way to go everyone!

Thank you so much for Cookie Jar Fund. I am not one to talk about myself or share my business but thank you all so much for giving me this generous gift in this needed time. I have always been a very stubborn, head strong woman but this truly brought me in tears. I have two teenage sons, who are amazing and they were brought to tears as well. I can’t say thank you enough. It has been an overwhelming couple of months and this will definitely come in handy! I am thankful and honored to work with such an amazing team! I love you all and hope you all know how much you mean to me! I pray I will someday get to repay the favor! Thank you again!

Dear Functional Pathways,
I woke up this Saturday morning with a very heavy heart. I was filled with fear and anxiety, trying to figure out how I was going to manage my medical bills at this point. I was already buried in about $1200, and borrowed money from a family member to afford to just get my hip surgery. I am currently out of work until September. I began to feel like I was drowning and know I have several more bills to come. My fears kicked in and I knew I had to start cutting big corners, so I made the decision to decrease my therapy days, even though therapy is what I need the most right now. So, I went about my day and hesitantly went and got the mail for the first time since my surgery. All I could think was, “what bills am I going to find in here today?” To my surprise, there was only one medical bill and an Envelope from Functional Pathways. When I opened the envelope from you all, I broke down in tears… tears of happiness, joy, and gratitude. It was a check from the Cookie Jar Fund! All of my fears and pent up anxieties, literally, just blew away with one sweep of the wind, in that very moment! Now, I can continue my much needed therapy and pay off some of my debts. My prayers have been answered and I have began to feel hopeful again. I want to personally thank you all for being such a phenomenal and outstanding group of people! Functional Pathways has exceeded anyone I have ever worked for and beyond. My heart is full of love and gratitude! From the bottom of my heart to the top, Thank you!
