I try my hardest to be a good example to others about Wellness but, I too, have my faults. I have always been active and wanted to live a healthy lifestyle. However, it is a never ending battle. Wellness is multi-dimensional. It is important to possess all aspects of wellness, including the mind, body, and spirit.
Wellness is individually driven. What works for me may not work for you. Everyone is unique and we have to figure out our own strengths and weaknesses. Balance is the key. Maintaining a well-balanced lifestyle increases your chances of being healthy, happy, and successful on many different levels. Start your journey today. “The man who moves a mountain, begins by carrying away small stones.”
