On Monday we begin our challenges.  If you haven’t signed up, there is still time.  Send your signed pledge form to [email protected] or fax to 855.685.1311

You may choose to participate in the Walking Challenge or the Daily Food Diary.

–  Walking Challenge Goal:  3 miles daily (6,000 steps)

–  All teams who complete the required miles in 8 weeks will have one entry into the drawing for $100 gift card.

–  Log combined miles from January 6th through March 3rd.  Fax completed log to Krista Draney at 855.714.3223

–  Remember before starting any exercise program, you should consult with your doctor and this is a completely voluntary, friendly competition.

 

  • Food Diary Goal:  Record all food and beverage consumed daily
  • All who complete the food diary tracker for 8 weeks will have one entry into the drawing for $100 gift card.
  • Record food, beverage, calories and/or fat, protein, and other nutrients from January 6th through March 3rd.  Fax completed log to Krista Draney at 855.714.3223
  • Remember, this is for your benefit.  Many people do not realize all the things they eat and drink daily.  The goal is to help you realize exactly all you are putting in your body.  “You are what you eat!”

I encourage you all to be motivators, team players, and understand that making lifestyle changes is a process.  It will not happen overnight, you will have set backs, and you can overcome them!  I believe in you!  It is important for you to believe in yourself and say, “I can and will do this!”
